Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund for range memberships, the subscriber must not have been present on the range for general use from the time of purchase.
Several types of services are exempt from being refunded.
Non-refundable items:
- Non-Member Day Pass
- Guest Passes (Standard Member and Elite Member)
- Elite Membership + Range Safety Officer
- Monthly Range Membership (Single and Dual)
- Multifunction Building Booking
To complete your refund, we require you to contact us at {email address}.
Once your refund is requested, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours (refund may take longer to show on your end depending upon your bank).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
