About this policy
This policy explains what information Range 360 collects through range360.us and the Range 360 Member App, why, who it is shared with, and how you can have it deleted. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- Who we are: Range 360, LLC, 14141 State Highway DD, Miller, MO 65707 (“Range 360”, “we”, “us”).
- What it covers: our website range360.us (including membership applications, the online shop and My Account) and the Range 360 Member App for Android and iPhone. They share one account, so one policy covers both.
- Effective date: October 28, 2026.
Members sign in to the app with their range360.us account, so information you give in either place is part of the same account.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to review applications and run your membership, waivers, purchases and check-in.

What we don’t collect: your phone’s location at any time other than the moment you check in or check out, and your contacts, photos, files, microphone or browsing activity. The camera is used only to scan a check-in QR code; no pictures are taken or stored.
How we use it
We use your information only to run Range 360’s member services:
- Review membership applications and arrange interviews, orientations or tours.
- Create and renew memberships, process payments, and send receipts and renewal reminders.
- Verify RSO credentials for membership levels that require them.
- Show your membership status, renewal date, guest passes and class schedule on the website and in the app.
- Record and store signed waivers for you and your guests, and email each signer their copy.
- Check you and your guests in and out — confirming from your phone’s location that you’re at the check-in or check-out area — so staff know who is on the range, and notify staff (and members who turn it on) when someone checks in or out.
- Let instructors schedule classes on the range calendar, check in their students and assistant instructors (with signed waivers), and rent the multifunction building.
- Alert everyone on the range, and all staff, when a cease fire is called from the app, and keep a record of who called it and who gave the all clear.
- Redeem free guest passes and complete guest pass purchases.
- Send member emails and app notifications about range notices, closures, events and severe weather.
- Keep the website, app and accounts secure, for example by blocking repeated failed sign-ins.
- Answer your questions and resolve problems.
We do not sell or rent your information, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that run these features, and only what each one needs. Other members see your name only if you choose to show it (see below).

Your location is never shared with any of these providers or anyone else. It is sent only to range360.us, when you check in and when you check out, and isn’t kept. Your phone’s own location service (from Apple or Google) works it out, under their privacy policies.
Staff and other members. Range 360 staff can see who is checked in and your guests’ names. Other members see only how many people are on the range, unless you turn on More → Privacy → “Show my name to other members” in the app. Then other members can see your name on the app’s “On the range now” list, in check-in and check-out notifications, and on a cease fire you call. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time. Your guests’ names are never shown to other members.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect people’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of Range 360’s business.
Cookies
range360.us uses only the cookies it needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your shopping cart, and protecting the site from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. The app does not use cookies, except when it opens a range360.us page for checkout or your account.
App permissions
The app asks for these permissions, and works without any of them except where noted:
- Location — needed to check in and check out at the range. The app checks your location once when you tap Check in and once when you tap Check out, while the app is open. It never uses your location in the background or when the app is closed, and only asks for “While using the app” access. Precise location is needed, because the check-in and check-out areas are small. If you don’t allow location, you can still use the rest of the app; staff can check you out.
- Camera — only to scan a check-in QR code. Nothing is recorded or saved.
- Notifications — for range notices, closures, severe weather alerts and cease fires.
- Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or face unlock — used only to unlock the app on your phone. Your phone checks your face or fingerprint itself and only tells the app whether it was you; the app never sees, stores or sends your biometric information. If your phone has no face, fingerprint or passcode lock set up, the app doesn’t use this.
You can change or turn off any of these at any time in your phone’s settings, under Apps → Range 360.
How long we keep it

Your choices and deleting your account
- See or correct your details: update your name, phone and emergency contact on range360.us under My Account (the app’s More → “Update phone & emergency contact” opens it).
- Remove your RSO credential: delete it yourself under My Account → RSO Credentials on range360.us. If your membership level requires one, it will need to be replaced.
- Sign out: More → Sign out removes the app’s sign-in and notifications from that phone.
- Show or hide your name: in the app, More → Privacy → “Show my name to other members”. It is off unless you turn it on.
- Location: choose “While using the app” or “Never” (or “Ask next time”) for Range 360 in your phone’s settings. Location is needed to check in and out in the app. Range 360 never asks for “Always”.
- Delete your account: email admin@range360.us from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and delete your website account, membership application, RSO credential, app sign-ins and notification addresses within 30 days.
Some records may be kept after deletion where the law or safety requires it: signed waivers, check-in history, orders and payment records. Uninstalling the app does not delete your range360.us account.
Children
Range 360 membership, our website and the app are for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
All traffic to range360.us and the app is encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form. Your password is never stored on your phone — the app keeps only a sign-in key in your phone’s secure storage, and the server keeps only a scrambled copy of that key. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to run the range.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date. For significant changes we will also let you know in the app or by email.
